What Psychology Services Do We Offer?

We offer a range of psychological and therapeutic services covering many everyday and specialist client requirements.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

We offer a range of assessments to help understand a particular psychological difficulty whether it be:

– Depression
– Anxiety
– Post-traumatic stress
– Bereavement
– Social anxiety
– Other difficulties

ACT Therapy

We use ACT therapy to focus on helping you to accept and live with the problems you are experiencing. Both teach coping skills for managing a range of psychological difficulties.

CBT Therapy

We use CBT therapy which focuses on how we think and how what we believe affects how we feel.

Our Professional Services

Our professional services are designed for schools, colleges and professionals working in the health and social care sectors.

WORKSHOPS

We run workshops for schools and colleges on aspects on emotional wellbeing including managing stress, mindfulness, coping with anxiety and self harming behaviours

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision for health and social care professional, both qualified and in training

CONSULTATION

Consultation to schools and colleges to help staff develop awareness and confidence when working with young people who experience emotional difficulties

MEDICO-LEGAL

We offer Medico-legal assessment for a range of purposes e.g. for work-related stress or after a traumatic event such as an accident.
